International expansion is not just a language version. When customers feel they are buying from a local store, trust and buying ease improve. Flowvy supports country-specific stores, local SEO and AI-assisted product data translation without a new system for every market.

Multi-store technology

The same Flowvy environment can manage several online stores that run on their own domains and with market-specific settings. Product catalogue, structures and integrations stay controlled even as sales expand into new countries.

  • Own domains and languages The target-market customer can buy from a store that feels local, not just a translated Finnish site.
  • Local deliveries and payments Payment and logistics options can be adapted to the market as part of the same setup.
  • One back office Products, content and structures can be managed centrally but optimised by country.
02

Localisation

A buyer in the target market quickly judges whether a store feels familiar, trustworthy and easy. That is why localisation, SEO, payment methods, delivery options and buying language should be planned market by market.

03

AI

Translating a large catalogue by hand slows international growth. Flowvy AI tools support product data translation and country-specific search visibility, so new products and markets can go live faster.

Which country could your store grow into next?

Let us map the target markets, products, languages, payment methods and logistics — then turn international expansion into a controlled programme.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about Flowvy.

Flowvy integrates seamlessly with Confirma's own solutions — KoneFutur, AutoFutur and Lemonsoft are supported out of the box. External systems can be connected via the Partner API, so your current ERP, POS, PIM, payment service or logistics partner can usually be connected to the same ecosystem.

No. Flowvy fully supports both B2B and B2C sales — even side by side on the same platform. B2B features include customer-specific price lists, contract products, invoicing, account sales, saved shopping carts and request-for-quote functionality.

Yes. Flowvy syncs products, prices and stock levels with your ERP and POS in real time. The same data is visible in the online store and in-store without manual updates — no duplicate work, no error-prone Excel transfers.

Yes. You can manage multiple brands or international storefronts on the same platform. The AI Product Translator automatically translates product data into the target market's language, so going international doesn't require a separate content production project.

Typically, the online store is in production within 30 days. The process starts from the vision, current systems and integration needs, then moves through product tree, purchase journey and implementation work to go-live. Confirma is involved throughout the entire project — also when you are switching from another provider.

Flowvy is modular. You can enable additional features step by step as needed — bulk shipping tool, advanced search, product reviews, freight calculator, product import tool and AI-powered SEO content are all available as add-ons.

Yes. Flowvy can connect store, online-store and warehouse workflows: multi-warehouse stock, inventory counts, stock transfers, purchase orders, purchase suggestions, receiving, handheld terminals and extended WMS can be included as needed.

Supplier, wholesale and PIM integrations can bring product data, images, prices, availability, attributes and delivery information into Flowvy. This helps expand the catalogue without maintaining everything manually or stocking every product yourself.

The setup can include invoicing, account sales, receivables, reference payments, payment settlement reports and accounting material transfers. The goal is that online and POS sales do not become a separate manual finance process.

Yes. The renewal can be handled alongside the current online store: first product data, integrations, search visibility and purchase journeys are mapped, then the new setup is built and launched through a planned transition without unnecessary downtime.

Existing product data can be imported into Flowvy from the ERP, PIM, suppliers or files. When needed, AI tools help with descriptions, translations and search-friendly content, while the final structure is fitted to the product tree and buying needs of the store.

Confirma can support both technical maintenance and continuous commerce development. The service can include support, updates, new features, analytics follow-up, campaign development and marketing services depending on the selected agreement model.
